Families may contact the school when they have questions about student well-being, adjustment to school, relationships, problem-solving, or other concerns that may be affecting a student's school experience.

Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
MTSS is the section of this page for information about Sibley East Elementary's multi-tiered approach to supporting student learning and success.
When the approved information is ready, this section can explain how students are identified for additional support, how progress is reviewed, and how families are involved in the process.
Title I Schoolwide Program
Sibley East Elementary operates a Title I Schoolwide Program. A schoolwide program is a comprehensive school-improvement approach that allows Title I resources to support needs identified throughout the school.
Title I funds may be used for activities that address needs identified through the school's comprehensive needs assessment and schoolwide improvement plan.
Three Core Elements
- Comprehensive needs assessment: the school examines current needs and identifies reasons students may not be meeting academic standards.
- School improvement plan: the school develops a comprehensive plan to address identified needs.
- Annual evaluation: implementation and results are reviewed each year and the plan is revised as needed.
