Health Services

Sibley East Health Services supports the health and well-being of students and staff by working with families, school staff, community resources, and healthcare providers.

Health Information for Families

Please keep the Health Office informed of health conditions that may require assistance or emergency care during the school day. Contact the school Health Office when your student has a health condition, medication need, allergy, asthma, or other concern that school staff should know about.

When Should My Student Stay Home?

If you are unsure whether your student is well enough to attend school, use current Minnesota Department of Health school-health guidance or contact your student's Health Office.

For a student's individual medical situation, families should follow guidance from their healthcare provider and contact the school Health Office as needed.

Medication at School

Use the appropriate form above before medication is administered at school. Prescription medication, over-the-counter medication, and student self-carry authorization have separate forms.

Forms are school-year specific when indicated. Review medication needs with the Health Office at the beginning of each school year and whenever a medication order or health need changes.
