Use these links for facility reservations, district facility-use information, and health and safety resources.

Facility Reservations

Sibley East facilities may be available for school, community, nonprofit, recreational, and other approved uses. All requests are reviewed before a reservation is confirmed.

Planning an event? Submit the facility request at least one week before the requested reservation date. A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation until it has been reviewed and approved.

How to Request a Facility

  1. Open the Sibley East Facilities Scheduler.
  2. If you are a new requestor, create a requestor account and wait for account approval.
  3. After your account is approved, sign in and submit the facility request.
  4. Community Education will review the request and contact you regarding approval, availability, and any applicable requirements or fees.

Non-district residents may also submit facility requests.

Before You Submit

  • School activities receive priority when district facilities are scheduled.
  • Community Education programs and other community uses are scheduled according to district policy and availability.
  • Some groups may be responsible for facility, staffing, equipment, or other charges.
  • Certain non-school groups may be required to provide proof of liability insurance before the rental date.
  • Review the School Facility Use & Rental Policy (PDF) before submitting a request.

District facility use is governed by School Board policy. Requests are prioritized according to the purpose of the activity and the type of organization requesting the space.

Health & Safety Resources

Sibley East maintains district health and safety programs for employees, students, and members of the public using district facilities.

Annual Health & Safety Notification

The annual notification includes information about asbestos management, integrated pest management, indoor air quality, emergency procedures, employee Right to Understand, lead testing, and the District Safety Committee.

Health & Safety Committee

The District Health & Safety Committee brings together employees and administrators to identify and address workplace and facility safety concerns. The committee meets during the school year, and meeting minutes are posted for public access.
