Student Information

View available schedules, attendance, grades, assignments, documents, and other student information.

Online Registration

Complete available annual registration tasks and update household and student information when Online Registration is open.

Forms & Documents

Complete district forms and review documents assigned to you or your student, including required athletics forms when available.

School Store & Payments

Use the School Store for available district purchases, fees, registrations, and other items.

Activities & Athletics

Complete required forms first, then use the School Store to register and pay applicable activity or athletics fees.

Transportation

Access available student bus route and stop information securely through Campus Parent.

Notifications

Manage available Campus Parent mobile notifications and communication preferences.

Contact Information

Review available household contact information and communication settings to help keep district messages reaching the correct phone numbers and email addresses.

Registering for Activities or Athletics?

Complete the MSHSL Form before completing your registration in the School Store.

  1. Log in to Campus Parent.
  2. Select Documents from the menu.
  3. Locate the MSHSL Form and complete and submit it.
  4. Return to the menu and select School Store.
  5. Select the appropriate athletics or activity registration.
  6. Select your student and complete the registration and payment process.
  7. Complete any required electronic signature presented during checkout.

Completing the MSHSL Form first helps prevent delays with activity registration.

How to Log In From a Web Browser
  1. Open the Sibley East Campus Parent login .
  2. Enter your Campus Parent username and password.
  3. Select Log In.
How to Complete Online Registration - Annual Forms Update

When Sibley East Online Registration is open, families can complete available annual registration tasks and household updates through Infinite Campus.

  1. Log in to Campus Parent.
  2. Open the available Online Registration option.
  3. Follow the prompts to review and update household and student information.
  4. Complete all required sections and submit the registration.

Registration options may only appear during designated registration periods.

How to Use the School Store
  1. Log in to Campus Parent.
  2. Select School Store from the menu.
  3. Select the appropriate school or available item.
  4. Choose the student associated with the purchase, when requested.
  5. Complete the required information and checkout process.
How to Purchase School Snack - Elementary School
  1. Log in to Campus Parent.
  2. Select School Store from the menu.
  3. Locate the available school snack item.
  4. Select the appropriate student.
  5. Add the item and complete checkout.
How to View Bus Route or Stop Information
  1. Log in to Campus Parent.
  2. Select your student.
  3. Locate Transportation in the available Campus menu.
  4. Review the route and stop information provided for your student.

Student transportation information is kept inside the secure Parent Portal rather than published on the public district website.

What to Do if You Forgot Your Username or Password

On the Sibley East Campus Parent login screen, select Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? and follow the instructions provided.

If you are unable to recover your account, contact District Infinite Campus Support Michelle Battcher.

How to Request a New Parent Portal Account

Contact Sibley East District Infinite Campus Support Michelle Battcher for assistance creating a Parent Portal account. Please provide:

  • Parent or guardian name
  • Parent or guardian email address
  • Student name

Each parent or guardian receives their own Campus Parent account. Families should not share a single parent account.

What to Do if a Child Is Missing From Your Account

Make sure you are signed in with your own Campus Parent account. Portal access is connected to the parent or guardian relationship for each student.

If a student is missing from your account, contact Sibley East so the relationship and Portal access can be reviewed.

Why a CAPTCHA Appears When Logging In

Infinite Campus may display a CAPTCHA after several unsuccessful login attempts.

Enter your username, password, and the CAPTCHA shown on the screen to continue.

If you are unsure of your password, use Forgot Password? rather than continuing to attempt an incorrect password.

What to Do if the Campus Parent App Will Not Connect
  • Check that your phone or tablet has an internet connection.
  • Try logging in through the Sibley East Campus Parent web portal .
  • If the web portal works but the app does not, completely close and reopen the app.
  • If needed, update or reinstall the Campus Parent app.
Why Some Campus Parent Menu Items May Be Missing

Sibley East controls which Infinite Campus features are available to families.

Some features may only appear for certain students, schools, grade levels, registration periods, grading periods, or times of the school year.

If you believe you should have access to a feature that is not displayed, contact Sibley East for assistance.

Campus Parent Mobile App

Families can use the official Infinite Campus Campus Parent app on a phone or tablet. Depending on the features made available by Sibley East, the app may provide access to announcements, assignments, attendance, grades, schedules, and other student information.

First-Time App Login

  1. Install and open the Campus Parent app.
  2. Search for Sibley East.
  3. Select Minnesota and choose Sibley East.
  4. Enter your Campus Parent username and password.
  5. On your own secure, private device, you may choose to stay logged in to receive available mobile notifications.

The Campus Parent mobile app and browser portal use the same Sibley East Parent Portal account.

Notifications & Contact Preferences

Campus Parent includes settings that can help families manage available mobile notifications and communication preferences.

Mobile Notifications

In the Campus Parent app, open the user menu and go to Settings → Notification Settings. Choose the available notification types and thresholds you want, then save your settings.

Available notifications may include attendance, grade, or assignment changes when enabled by Sibley East.

Text Message & Contact Preferences

In Campus Parent, go to Settings → Contact Preferences. Select the applicable phone number and review the available communication preferences.

Keeping contact information current helps ensure important district communications reach your family.

Need Help With Infinite Campus?

Infinite Campus does not maintain Sibley East family usernames, passwords, student relationships, or district Portal access. These items are managed by Sibley East Public Schools.
