Instructions INFORMATION FOR KINDERGARTENERS For new KINDERGARTNERS, all forms in your chosen language, English or Spanish, must be completed with the exception of the Transitional/Homeless form. Fill out that form if appropriate. FOR ALL OTHER NEW STUDENTS For all other new students, fill out all forms in your chosen language, English or Spanish, except for the Kindergarten Student Information Form and the Transitional/Homeless form, which should be completed only if appropriate.
