NOTE:  Private events must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to the event being approved.  Additionally, Non-Profit groups need to provide proof of non-profit status prior to approval.

1. The application form must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to event. 2. Custodians/food service personnel will be on duty as needed. 3. Proof of liability insurance in required by the School District. 4. You will be notified of any rental fees that may apply. A list of the rental fees is available at both campus offices. 5. Allow two business days for your request to be entered onto the web calendar. Please check the calendar to confirm that your request has been processed accurately. Notify Community Education with any errors or omissions. Note: There need not be a custodian on duty if the staff member present has a boiler license (during the heating season). Otherwise there will be a charge for the cost of the custodial time. If the kitchen is used, a food service employee must be present and charges will be invoiced after the event.
