In October and November of 2013 Sibley East Schools participated in a Strategic Planning process that provided a template toward continuous improvement within the District. Below you will see the key components of the strategic roadmap that will guide our district over the course of the next three years. The Board of Education as representatives of our communities , district administrators, and staff leaders have committed to district improvement through the implementation of this roadmap.
